Almost anyone can experience the benefits of massage and energy work. For example, athletes are helped prepare or recover from sports events; performers, musicians, artists, and physical workers are assisted in easing the pain and discomfort of repetitive motions; individuals suffering from chronic pain conditions find relief; people who are ill, recovering or who reside in nursing homes are calmed and comforted; mothers are supported during pregnancy and birth; infants are nourished and calmed by the touch of massage. |
